It is extremely hard due to the slow growth of the olive tree. It is well drained and flexible, and its veins are of special beauty.

Redecker's olive wood products are oiled and cannot be further processed. Do not put in the dishwasher. Clean immediately after use with a hand wash, soft brush or sponge, then allow to dry freely.

To preserve the beauty of the wood, wipe it occasionally with plain olive or sunflower oil and allow to dry.
